Year 8 Service Camp – A Journey of Teamwork, Service & Adventure!
Our Year 8 students recently ventured down south for a Service Camp experience like no other! Over the course of the camp, the students participated in a variety of activities designed to help them grow as individuals and as a team, all while giving back to the community.
From the very start, the kids worked incredibly well together, showing excellent teamwork and cooperation. A huge shoutout goes to Mr. Chapman for his outstanding organisation, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish!
The camp offered a fantastic range of activities, from service sessions at the campsite to fun team challenges that encouraged the students to support and motivate each other. But the absolute highlight of the trip? The incredible wildlife sightings! Students were thrilled to spot dolphins, whales, and even a sea snake during their coastal adventures!
This trip wasn’t just about service — it was about creating lasting memories, building friendships, and learning the importance of patience and thoughtfulness in everything we do. Here’s to many more adventures like this!
